Minecraft offers to go on a free tour of the ISS or Ancient Greece

So that children who are forced to stay at home can have a good time, the Mojang studio (the developer of the famous Minecraft) has opened a huge amount of educational content for free. The platform for its study will be the very space of the game Minecraft, in the Marketplace of which the corresponding category "Training" has been added. All materials posted there can be downloaded for free until June 30 of the current year.

As an example of things to do during quarantine, Mojang offers a virtual tour of the ISS, a sightseeing tour of Ancient Greece, a voyage through the sea or an introduction to the renewable energy industry. It features classic science fiction selections and educational content on worlds created by Minecraft users themselves. Puzzle lovers will find their niche, young creators will be able to compete in writing poetry or dramatic stories.

Not forgotten, and college students, Mojang recently offered teachers and students with Microsoft 365 Education accounts free access to Minecraft: Education Edition. At least a dozen educational programs have been prepared for distance learning during the quarantine period. This content will also be completely free until the end of June.
