In 2016, a number of telephone novelties are planned to appear on the market. In the competitive struggle, manufacturers have chosen a number of areas: strengthening cameras, reducing the thickness of phones, increasing screen resolution approaching 2K, expanding the amount of memory. There are sensors that recognize the force of pressing the screen. The review presents smartphones, the presentation of which is still expected this year.
HTC One M10
The One M10 smartphone will be released in the summer of 2016. It is not known why HTC would produce new phone models every three months. Probably, a lot of good ideas have accumulated or they are urgently correcting mistakes.
The smartphone is expected to have an "adult" AMOLED display with an excellent video resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a size of 5.15 inches.
The operating system will be Android OS, v6.0.1, powered by a Dual-core 2.15 GHz Kryo processor. The processor will be served by 4 GB of RAM. The 32GB integrated memory can be expanded with a Micro SD card up to 200GB.
Smartphone One M10 is equipped with 12 megapixel camera with OIS image stabilization, with manual or auto focus. The camera flash has two LEDs that allow you to adjust the color temperature. The camera captures video with a resolution of 2160p @ 30fps.
Your phone comes with a 100GB Google Cloud Drive pre-connected. Also One M10 has a built-in compass, rangefinder, accelerometer, fingerprint reader. The media device plays video formats: XviD / MP4 / H.264 / WMV and audio: MP3 / eAAC + / WMA / WAV / FLAC.
The device is really powerful, but it is not yet known how affordable it will be.
The new smartphone from Apple is expected to hit the market no earlier than September 2016. According to some reports, as many as seven iPhone 7 concepts are currently being tested, so information about the future phone is rather contradictory. It has become even thinner than the iPhone 6 (which by the way can still be purchased at a good price on Mobiat.ru). At first, the number 6, 1 mm appeared in Internet rumors, but recently there have been reports that the thickness has been cut down a little more, bringing it to 6 millimeters. It is hoped that this was not done at the expense of reducing battery capacity.

The smartphone will be powered by TSMC's six-core A10 processor. For the sake of slimness of the phone, the 3.5mm headphone jack will most likely be removed, so music lovers will need to purchase audio devices with a Lightning plug or wireless Bluetooth interface. These are not always pleasant additional costs.
Some sources claim that the phone will have a smart connector like the iPad Pro. In a tablet, it is used to connect a keyboard, but the connector can be used to integrate with other modern Apple equipment.

Most likely, the Home button will also be removed, allowing you to enlarge the screen and use it to scan your fingerprints.
The design of the smartphone remains almost unchanged, with the exception of a pair of 17 megapixel dual-lens cameras protruding noticeably on the back side with the ability to shoot at 4K resolution.
The phone display will remain in two versions with diagonals 4, 7 or 5.5 inches with 2K quality. With this move, Apple will catch up with its competitors. OLED technology is unlikely to be used earlier than the iPhone 8.
The touchpad is expected to feature improved 3D technology that senses pressure on the screen at multiple points at the same time.
Since 2016, the agreement between Nokia and Microsoft to ban the production of smartphones for the Finnish company expires. Nokia is already ready for the production of a new phone, with the strange name Nokia C1. Strange, because a phone with that name had already been produced five years ago and was a cheap push-button "talker". The new C1 is something else.
The first Nokia model after a long break will be equipped with the Android v5.0 (Lollipop) operating system. The meager data leaked to the network indicates that the processor will be from Intel with two gigabytes of RAM and 32GB of storage. To display information, the smartphone is equipped with a 5-inch screen with a video resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.
The device will receive a couple of cameras. The main 8 MP camera will be equipped with automatic and manual focus and LED flash. Shooting at 1080p @ 30fps will be marked with geographic coordinates. The second camera is 5 megapixel.
Basically, all interfaces and functions are so standard that it makes no sense to list them. Is that the unusual location of the main camera. It is shifted to the top corner. The battery is not removable, at least for the user.
It seems that the developers did not particularly seek to surprise their adherents, although during the time of unemployment they could have prepared surprises. But in fact, a completely average phone is entering the market, which is clearly not designed for the title of flagship. Which is very surprising for a resurgent Nokia.
