South Korean company LG has announced the release of a new giant smartphone LG G Pro 2. Its main difference lies not in its powerful filling, but in its ability to react to a conditional knock.
The "chip" of the new tablet phone from LG is the Knock Code function, which allows you to unlock the device with a conditional knock on the screen. Moreover, the user can set his own "knock-code", which includes from two to eight hits. The new feature will easily replace the usual password unlocking.
In addition, LG G Pro 2 has very powerful technical characteristics. It features a 5.9-inch IPS screen with narrow side bezels and support for a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
In the G Pro 2, LG has installed a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 3 GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel main and 2, 1-megapixel front cameras, as well as a standard set of sensors, modules and communications, including Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac and NFC.
LG G Pro 2 will go on sale after MWC 2014, during which it will be publicly presented. Two variants of the smartphone will be available - with 16 and 32 GB of internal memory. Information about the cost of new items and the exact timing of its appearance on the domestic market has not yet been reported.
