The well-known corporation MSI from Taiwan presented its new development - a unique convertible laptop that can be used as a tablet if desired. It is called MSI S20 Slider 2.
The main feature of the new device is the original slider screen, which turns a laptop into a tablet with one movement. The novelty replaces the compact ultrabook MSI S20 Slider, which was announced a year ago.
The laptop has a multi-touch screen with a diagonal of 11.6 inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The interior of the device is built on the basis of an Intel Core i5 chip, which, coupled with 8 GB of RAM (up to the maximum), will provide decent performance. For storing content, a 128 GB mSATA SSD is provided. The MSI S20 Slider of the second generation is also equipped with a full keyboard, a webcam with support for HD video recording, USB 3.0 and Mini HDMI ports, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.0 and Gigabit Ethernet modules.
The device is supplied with a 3 800 mAh three-cell battery. The duration of the battery life has not been specified. It is wrapped in a case with an original mounting system. Its dimensions are 300 x 196, 5 x 19, 8 mm, weight - 1, 16 kg.
