At the last CES 2014, a lot of new devices were presented. But the attention of all lovers of "smart" homes was attracted by Haier's air conditioner, which can be controlled remotely using an iPhone.
The new air conditioner is called Haier Tianzun and looks quite stylish. It is positioned by the manufacturer as a unique smart home solution.
It can be controlled both traditionally using a special remote control, and through an iPhone or iPad, which are connected to the air conditioner via a Wi-Fi network. The device has already been approved by Apple and has passed its proprietary MFi certification, and on its body flaunts the inscription "Made for iPhone / iPad / iPod".
Unfortunately, the rest of the technical characteristics of the new air conditioner from Haier are still unknown. Also, the manufacturer is in no hurry to announce its cost and the date of going on sale. But he has already announced that in the near future he will introduce microwaves and water heaters, the functions of which can also be controlled using iGadgets.
